What is the Electoral Roll? The electoral roll is the list of names and addresses of a church’s membership. Every person listed on the Roll is eligible to attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting. It means a person can vote at the APCM, or be on the PCC.
The renewal of the Electoral Roll happens every six years in line with the Church of England rules. Everyone needs to fill in a new application form. The forms are available at the back of church.
Once completed please leave it in the box provided and the new roll will be compiled from that information. Your details are held securely and will not be shared with any other party.
Please fill in the form before 7th April as we have to complete the new Electoral Roll in time for the Annual Meeting on Thursday 1st May.
Thank you.
Mary Pryle, Electoral Roll Officer.
