The Season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on 2nd March and once again plans are underway, with colleagues from the other churches in Blackrod, to provide a series of ecumenical meditations throughout Lent. These will be held on Wednesdays from 9th March at 10.30am in St Katharine’s Church, lasting about 30 minutes and followed by refreshments and a chance to get together for a chat and discussion of the morning’s topic. Everyone is welcome to these sessions.
